Platform subscription passes (Daily and Monthly passes) grant immediate digital access to trip dispatching upon payment. Consequently, subscription purchases are non-refundable.
Trips canceled by passengers after driver dispatch may incur standard cancellation fees. In case of payment processing discrepancies or duplicate charges, refunds are processed via the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
